Advanced expertsrefer to those who have further mastered the core competitiveness of related major and fields, especially in field of science and technology, and have certain influence in the industry on the basis of the quality and qualification of experts mentioned above. Senior experts,on the basis of advanced experts, have achieved major inventions or technological innovations in related majors and technical fields and expertise ranks among the world-class level in the industry. Chief experts, On the basis of senior experts,have authority in related majors and fields, especially in the field of science and technology, and expertise ranks among the world-class level in the industry. Job qualifications and requirementsfor experts, advanced experts, senior experts, and chief expertsdiffer at different corporate levels.
3. Candidatesshouldgenerally acquirea doctoral degree andhave no less than 3 years of formal working experience in well-known enterprises, research institutes and universities overseas,Or at least 2 years of post-doctoral research.
4. Candidates who hold senior-level positions in internationally renowned enterprises, or hold positions equivalent to associate professor or above in internationally renowned universities or research institutes are preferred.
